    Founder and President with over 16 years in the industry. Rhone entered the construction arena as a 1st bracket union apprentice. As time passed, he developed a profound affinity for the construction industry which led to the conception of Elevated Acoustics, LLC.

    In addition to owning and operating a construction business, Rhone is husband to the most wonderful wife in the world and a father to 3 exceptional children who keep him on his toes.

    Rhone enjoys making his wife smile, rock climbing, hiking, biking, one-wheeling, and gaming in his free time.

    Tovia Pua'auli

    Superintendent

    Tovia Sue’sue’vale Pua’auli was born in the Pacific Island of Samoa and moved to Hawaii for 5 years. Tovia and his family decided to move to Alaska where he met his beautiful wife and became a father of 2 amazing kids.

    Tovia has been in the construction industry for about 11 years, from doing concrete, drywall, medal stud framing and now ACT.

    Tovia manages the schedules and manpower at Elevated Acoustics.

    He loves to hang out with his family and enjoys cooking.

  • Holly Graham

    Lead Estimator

    Holly J. Graham is the primary estimator for Elevated Acoustics. She spent the first twelve years of her professional career in clinical documentation and medical coding. Because her husband is one of Elevated Acoustics’ carpenters, she decided to switch gears to a field in which she contributes to the skyline of the world.

    Holly enjoys singing, cooking, Taekwondo, being a mom, and baking tiny cookies for her pet rats.

  • Matthew Riley

    Project Manager

    Mat is a reliable and detail-oriented construction Project Manager with over 18 years of industry experience. Proven track record of building partnerships and working collaboratively with Owners, Architects, Vendors and Engineers to successfully carry projects from conception to completion while consistently meeting deadlines and budgets.

    Manage Project Team Members, Mentor, develop and train staff, challenge and support jobsite, coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects.

    Mat started in the construction industry as a Metal Stud Framer/Drywaller as a Pre-Apprentice in the field. Eventually working up thru Foreman, General Superintendent, Estimator and now Project Manager where he found the position that most suite’s and inspires passion with the daily challenges.

    Before entering the industry, Mat was a Computer Programmer/System Administrator/Network Administrator.

    Mat enjoys taking long walks on the beach and scuba diving. There’s a lot of excitement diving at night and picking up fresh lobster for dinner or coasting with the ocean’s current alongside a 100’ wall discovering all the different creatures Mother Earth has provided. Being a computer nerd since about 12 years old, Mat really likes using his technical knowledge to achieve a goal or overcome an obstacle, within a computerized system by non-standard means. Having played many roles in the computer information technology industry, construction is where the action is! When he’s not at the beach or playing on a computer, Mat loves being a part of his kids activities. It’s Equestrian during the week and Lacrosse on the weekends.

  • Christopher Marsh

    Material Expeditor

    Christopher was born and raised in Alaska and recently moved to Washington State.

    He handles deliveries and logistics to meet the needs of Elevated Acoustics, offering solutions to various challenges that come with the territory of a company with a lot of moving parts.

    Christopher holds a Class A CDL and has 23+ years of driving experience. He also possesses previous experience in warehousing and expediting for Alaskan based Construction Company Pacific Partition Systems.

    He enjoys hiking and the outdoors and finds the most satisfaction being in nature. He also spends a lot of time one-wheeling and spending time with animals, especially his two cats Landy and Neelix.

  • Cristie Mang

    Controller

    Mrs. Mang joined Elevated Acoustics in 2021 and is responsible for all accounting matters for the Company including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll & Cost Accounting.

    Prior to joining Elevated Acoustics, Cristie was a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager for 5+ years, and a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant for 10+ years.

    Outside of the office, Cristie enjoys warm, quiet evenings relaxing by the fireplace or campfire with her family or fishing on the Puget Sound with her Captain.

    Cristie’s Educational background includes an Associate of Arts & Science Degree from Edmonds Community College and most recently, accounting studies at Everett Community College.
